More About Me

Ma’ata Tukuafu, originally from the North Shore of O’ahu, has lived on Hawai’i Island since 1998. Having grown up in Hawai’i, Tonga and the mainland US, she has extensive knowledge of diverse cultures and diplomatic relations.

Prior to entering real estate, she ran several entrepreneurial businesses and has worked as a paralegal, interior design assistant and bookkeeper. Her wide range of work experience serves her well in the world of real estate.

As a freelance writer for over 20 years now, Ma’ata has clear communication and writing skills. She has consistently proven to her clients that she is dedicated to ensuring successful and win-win transactions. A listing agent as well as a strong buyer’s agent, Ma’ata is attentive and always available for her clients.  

Ma’ata considers learning a lifelong journey and pursues new skills whenever she can. She has participated in many community programs, sponsored events, volunteered and has an overall joy for life. Her interests include various arts, travel, enjoying the island life and sharing the Hawaiian lifestyle with others.
